Join a fast-growing and dynamic restaurant organization supporting three well-known restaurant brands operating across multiple states. We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and highly organized Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to play a key role in supporting a growing business.

In this role, you will work closely with executive leadership, HR, operations teams, and outside counsel on a variety of legal, compliance, and business matters that directly support the success of our restaurants and corporate operations. What You’ll Do:

• Assist with reviewing, drafting, organizing, and managing contracts, vendor agreements, leases, legal documents, and corporate records.
• Support employment and HR-related matters, including employee relations documentation, compliance tracking, investigations, and policy administration.
• Partner with operations and leadership teams to help manage legal and compliance needs across multiple restaurant brands and locations.
• Coordinate with outside counsel regarding litigation, labor matters, franchise-related issues, licensing, and other legal projects.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research related to restaurant and hospitality operations.
• Track important deadlines, renewals, filings, and compliance requirements to keep the business running smoothly.
• Assist with insurance claims, permits, licensing, and other operational legal matters.
• Prepare and organize materials for meetings, hearings, audits, and legal reviews.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company and employee information.
• Provide direct support to executive leadership on special projects and business initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant required.
• Experience supporting restaurant, hospitality, retail, franchise, or multi-unit operations is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating across departments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• Paralegal certification is a plus.
• Notary Public certification is a plus.
