This is an extremely agile operation, where no two days are the same. Role Overview Reporting into senior leadership, you will provide operational direction, support with flying assignments when required and ensure a safe and timely flight operations schedule. Key Responsibilities Managing a multi-base operation in a highly changeable environment. Lead, manage and support flight crew, standards and operational performance. Ensure all flying activity is conducted safely and in full compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Manage a busy flying schedule and adjust as required. Arrange pilot training. Candidate Profile An existing license Extensive rotary flying experience. Strong working knowledge of regulatory/air operations requirements. Excellent communication skills and an ability to develop professional relationships.
