About the Role We're looking for a creative, organized, and social-savvy person to be the voice of Swedish Moose online and in the community. You'll own our social media presence, create scroll-stopping content, keep our communications sharp and on-brand, help bring our events to life, and find new ways to grow our digital reach. If you love candy, cameras, and connecting with people, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Create content: Plan, shoot, and edit photos, short-form videos, and graphics that capture our colorful, fun, aesthetic vibe. Manage social media: Build and maintain a posting calendar for Instagram and post consistently. Engage our community: Respond to comments, DMs, and reviews in a friendly, on-brand voice, and build relationships with customers and local creators. Handle communications: Write and send email newsletters, update our website and Google Business profile, and keep messaging consistent across every channel. Support events: Help plan and promote in-store events, pop-ups, holiday promotions, and community partnerships, and capture content on-site. Grow our digital marketing: Track performance, spot what's working, test new ideas and trends, and recommend ways to increase reach, foot traffic, and sales. Collaborate: Work with ownership and store staff to align content with new products, seasonal launches, and promotions. What We're Looking For Experience planning & executing high quality social media video and photo content Strong eye for aesthetics, with skills in photography, video, and editing (CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar) Experience managing social media for a business, brand, or personal account with real engagement A fun, clear, and friendly writing voice Up to date on social trends, especially Instagram Reels and TikTok A self-starter who is organized and self-motivated, able to manage your own schedule and deadlines Comfortable interacting with customers and representing the brand in public Availability for some evenings and weekends for events and peak content moments Coachability and ability to work as part of a team Nice to Have Basic website editing (Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, or similar) Familiarity with social media analytics and paid ads Experience with event planning and management Experience with social media influencers Details Pay: $18/hour Hours: 25–30 hours per week Location: In-person, Utah County, Utah Perks: Employee candy discount, flexible scheduling, and creative freedom. #J-18808-Ljbffr
